Are we sharing miracles?
The Greatest Stories We Have
As a fictional character once said “everyone loves a good story, and what better story than…”
But for us in the real world, it’s the miracles we experience. I’ve personally had many miracles
performed in my life over the years. From serious medical trials such as cancer, to just every day protection on the road or jobsite.

As I was going through my cancer treatment, I had to keep in mind the healing and miracles God performs for us. As the tumor grew it began to cover one of my kidneys and the main artery going to the other. They told me I would lose one of my kidneys, that both would be infected but if they took both I would go on dialysis until I die.
So it would depend when they cut me open for the surgery that they would decide which one was in worse condition to remove and leave the other, but the tumor came right out intact without bursting and I was able to keep both kidneys. God miraculously healed me, astonishing the doctors and my medical team. They couldn’t explain how or why, but I knew why and that he had worked a miracle, giving me my health back.
“Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget any of His benefits; Who pardons all your guilt, who heals all your diseases” Psalm 103:2-3 (NASB)
“All the people kept silent, and they were listening to Barnabas and Paul as they were relating all the signs and wonders that God had done through them among the Gentiles.” Acts 15:12 (NASB)
Miracles are rare, not just a fantasy. There is no telling how often they happen, but they could be happening all around the world even at this very moment. When we share the miracles that have happened to us they can be uplifting to others, encouraging, help them through tough times of their own, and help them keep in mind the healings and good works of God. We’re told in Philippians:
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things. As for the things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:8 & 9 (NASB)
It is good for us to remember the blessings and miracles God has performed in our lives and how we have gotten to where we are, and how we wouldn’t be here without Him.
“He is your glory and He is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen.” Dueteronomy 10:21 (NASB)
Do not take your miracles for granted, God has done them for the benefit of many, not just ourselves.
“Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.” Romans 15:2 (NASB)
So, go out and share the miracles, whatever things are good, of your lives to others and let the glory be unto Him, help spread the good news and glory of our great God in heaven and remember that all things are possible through Him.
“And looking at them, Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew19:26 (NASB)
